I found Scott Colson to be professional and knowledgeable in his dealings with me. I had some issues with the low sloped roof on my house over the last 10 years due to shingles leaking and not so great application of flashing and repairs.  I knew the answer was to apply a flat roof membrane.  I was concerned about some of the estimates from flat roofing specialists and perhaps their workmanship which made me hesitate in getting the roof done.  Knowing I would have to eventually redo the roof as a flat roof, I was extremely relieved when Scott showed up to provide me with an estimate.  The roof was completely redone by Colson Roofing.  His professional manner and extensive knowledge of the products as well as his exceptional dedication to workmanship put me at ease.  His estimate was very fair. Unfortunately for Colson Roofing, they did such a great job that I don't have to have my roof done again, at least 30+ years.

Colson roofing replaced our shingles and our hot tar flat roof in late fall 2015. The owner, Scott, personally worked on both roofs. He was punctual, very neat with the clean up and did very good work. Perhaps because he is personally involved with the work his pricing was more than competitive. The entire experience was good which is not always the case with home improvement companies in Ottawa.

I hired Colson Roofing last summer to replace my roof. Scott was a pleasure to deal with and took the time to go over different options and explain everything to us. I also added a sun tunnel last minute and Scott had no trouble accommodating this.  All in all they did an excellent job. The roof was completed in two days and it looks great. I had a very positive experience doing business with this company.  Scott and his team were punctual, prompt, and professional. I was provided with a comprehensive package outlining all aspects of the costs involved with replacing the roof.  Both Scott and Tara were very easy to deal with and provided valuable responses to all my questions.
