Have a roof leak?  Missing shingles?  Need an area repaired on your flat roof?  Most often, roof problems are discovered after leaks or other serious damage has occurred.  Problems arise as a result of cracked, warped or missing shingles; deteriorated flashing or caulking; excessive granules accumulated in gutters; etc.  A small roof repair completed in a timely manner, can prevent roof problems before they become serious.  We are also aware that some customers may only have room in their budget for a roof repair, rather than a complete re-roof.
